1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Luvion Systems platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the State of California and the United States.
2. Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
Our infrastructure is designed for operational and transactional relay only. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Using the service for phishing or deceptive practices.
- Distributing malware or unauthorized software code.
Violation of this policy results in immediate termination of API access without refund.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Luvion Systems strives for 99.9% uptime for our core API relay. Maintenance windows are communicated via our automated system relay 48 hours in advance to all active enterprise nodes.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Luvion Systems Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our data infrastructure services.
