We collect data necessary to provide operational reliability. This includes:

• Account Information: Corporate email addresses, billing details, and API credentials.
• Log Data: IP addresses, browser types, and system event timestamps for security auditing.
• Service Metadata: Transactional data required to route system notifications and automated reports.

3. Communication & Anti-Spam

Luvion Systems strictly adheres to global communication standards. Our infrastructure is used exclusively for transactional emails, including but not limited to:

• Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) tokens.
• System-critical failure alerts.
• Scheduled enterprise reporting and data exports.

We do not sell, rent, or trade email lists to third parties for marketing purposes. All communications are triggered by specific system events within the client's dedicated environment.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted in SOC 2 Type II compliant data centers.
